A Buncha Film and a Wedding and Some Engagements
Hi. Nothing of substance for me to share this week because I’ve been in the thick of it work-wise. Just a dump of images. A lot of places and people.
I shot a wedding at The Cliff House in Cape Neddick, Maine, a venue I’ve done many shoots at but never a wedding. It was interesting doing a wedding there. The property is huge so I walked the equivalent of many miles that day and man, it was a scorcher. It was a fun but very draining day.
In the middle of writing this I looked at my schedule for the year and I’m just now coming to the realization that I’m shooting at mostly proper venues this season. Not a lot of backyards ceremonies or summer camps. There are a few, and I have two weddings at the wonderful Seacoast Science Center. Real venues are cool but things are obviously much more chill at less formal venues.
I had two engagement sessions this past week as well. Both very pleasant. One was in a backyard and one on Marginal Way in Ogunquit.
The couple I shot on Marginal Way are very cool. Alyssa, seen above, is in a really good band called Alphabet City, based in NYC. Check them out!
I got some film back as well. Might as well share some of that!
Cool. That’s it. This week I’ve got two proposals close-by and a wedding out in Bridgton, Maine, a place I don’t think I’ve ever been to. Smell ya later!
