Another One
Another week with the Zf, this time I ran it through some actual assignments
Even though I intend for my newly-acquired Nikon Zf to be my backup and mess around camera I ran it through some actual assignments this week. I did some headshots, some real estate, an engagement session, and a hybrid senior/family session.
It held up just fine for these shoots. It definitely isn’t powerful enough to be a primary camera for weddings. I wouldn’t trust the auto-focus or processing speeds in frantic environments but for this stuff it’s great.
Which is why I’ve enjoyed carrying it around as I bug my family. The weather’s been great so we’ve been doing a lot of evening hang-outs. After-dinner walks, scooter rides, etc. This camera gets me excited for domestic shooting, walking around, anything.
Next week will be pretty quiet and then everything will be crazy. I have a weekend-long Bar Harbor trip, a bunch of weddings, etc. I’m excited to be busy again.
